Summary of Position
The Beverage Manager will work closely with the General Manager to efficiently manage day-to-day management functions while delivering outstanding hospitality and service. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Cocktail, Beer and Wine Menus
  • Assisting with hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Managing the guest experience to ensure a consistent level of excellence
  • Overseeing order and receiving of beverage products
  • Ensuring the quality and expediency of food and beverages
  • Maintaining safety, sanitation and general maintenance
  • Working with vendors to source products in line with the location vision
  • Management of COG’s and budgets

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365 and Excel
  • Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required
  • Excellent hospitality skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise and warmth in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • A high level of personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills
