Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Train, Lead and Supervise Restaurant Staff 
  • Oversee Services and Product Standards 
  • Maximize all Potential Revenue Outlets 
  • Coordinate Operational Reporting Systems 
  • Drive Culinary standards and effectively provide solutions to issues 

Other Duties: 

  • Retail/Packaged Goods Maintenance where applicable 
  • Maintain Beverage Program, Inventory and Cost 
  • Restaurant and Kitchen Maintenance 
  • Oversee Health, Labor and Other Code Compliance

  • Minimum 2 years professional hospitality leadership experience in a similar environment
  • Competent in fabricating all Vegetables and fruit.
  • Understand the differences and uses of all herbs and types of seasonings.
  • Knowledge and the ability to produce various ethnicities of foods 
  • Understand, and have the ability to train, on all basic cooking methods: braising, poaching, roasting, steaming, sauté, grilling, blanching. 
  • Excellent knife skills, ability to cut all vegetables and fruits in all utilized cuts and have the ability to train and monitor others..
