Job Details

Full time pastry cook- must be able to work nights and weekends. 

Momotaro is looking for a strong motivated pastry cook to join our pastry team! Qualified applications will be working closely with the pastry chef to develop and execute seasonal Japanese desserts for Momotaro as well as the lower level Izakaya. With two separate dessert menus, cooks will be able to gain experience in both upscale plated desserts for the main dining room as well as more casual/playful dessert items for the Izakaya. 

 

Japanese style breads, ice creams, sorbets, cakes, and more are all some of the things you will learn and produce should you join the team.
