Job Details
Boeufhaus, a French-German Brasserie in Chicago's Ukranian Village, is seeking a  talented, collaborative and skilled CDC. On the brink of re-opening after an extended shutdown borne of safety, we are looking to resume our mission to provide outstanding food and impeccable service in an unpretentious environment.  
Responsibilities include;
-Menu planning in consultation with owners and other kitchen managers
-Ensure excellence in food consistency and quality
-Utmost attention to detail regarding Health Department standards
-Day to day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, orders, prep and service
-Management of financial controls, procedures, and budgets
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food, beverage and all things hospitality- a true interest in making every guest experience exceptional. The ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment while being relentless about details is paramount to our success.
