Job Details

Swift and Sons is looking for a full-time dedicated pastry cook to join our team! We are a busy high-end steakhouse in the Fulton market district, and part of Boka Restaurant Group. 

Candidates must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and bring positivity to our team. 

Responsibilities will encompass all elements of the restaurant, from pastry plating and bread production to chocolate work and petit four. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. Team players are a must. 
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

 Experience:

  • Prior degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred or one year experience
