Required Years of Experience
The Lead Server will be responsible for working with the General Manager to hire service staff for our re-opening team, train staff, and create/implement our standards of service. All applicants must have previous experience in a high volume restaurant with great details to guest needs and willing to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Please have a minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume restaurant, ability to demonstrate strong multi tasking skills, ability to idenify and lead a team, the availability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays. Must possess a positive attitude with passion for hospitality and the customer's experience. This position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a working detail knowledge of Whiskey, classic cocktails, craft beer, and wine.
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
