Victor is hiring a Floor Manager/Floor Sommelier to join our team!

We're seeking an individual to join our small, tight knit team to run service, steward our wine list, lead pre shift meetings/wine educations and be someone who engages with guests and aids our serving staff.

Job description:
- Lead the FOH staff in delivering quality hospitality to all of our guests.
- Mentor/train our FOH staff in a constructive, positive manor. Pointing out areas of improvement, as well as areas of excellence.
- Manage with their mind on hospitality and providing a fantastic guest experience. Assessing any issues guests may have and offering solutions to ensure our guests feel taken care of.
- Steward our wine list and answer any guest questions regarding our beverage program. With 17+ wines by the glass and an ever changing and expanding wine list, our FOH staff frequently requires assistance with guests who'd like to take a "deep dive" into some of the fun and off-the-beaten-path offerings we provide.
- Work closely with our Chef/Owners to ensure the basics of management (i.e. closing procedures, menu updates, lighting/music) are at our standards.

Job qualifications:
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong wine background, CMS/WSET certifications will be preferred
Experience bartending a plus
Experience working with RESY
Our FOH Manager will be scheduled 3-4 shifts per week with the opportunity to work more in the near future. We offer competitive pay based on experience (inquire within).
