Job Details
Pastis a resurgence of the original by Keith McNally, featuring a curved zinc bar, subway tiles, and vintage mirrors adorned with daily menu options. The menu from breakfast to dinner showcases traditional bistro fare such as Eggs Norwegian, Steak au Poivre, & Mousse au Chocolat. We are seeking a Barback with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow. We offer opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualified candidates will have:
  • 1+ year previous restaurant barbacking or bar prep experience in metropolitan restaurants
  • Strong organizational skills, self motivated and disciplined
  • Able to take instruction and direction and act quickly when required
  • Experience with preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, tinctures, batch cocktails and other barback preparations.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
