Job Details

Silver Apricot is a new and celebrated modern Chinese/ Chinese American restaurant in the west village. We're offering $20 - $22 / hr for line cooks based on experience plus benefits incl. health insurance options, paid time off.

We're seeking full-time line cooks to join our team. We're a centered, tight-knit team who respect one another and try to bring our best every day.

We deeply value our employees and their qualities of life; this is not an aggressive kitchen or management style as we expect everyone to be able to be responsible for themselves and the quality of their work.

Required skills:

- 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen within a similar role

- Strong work ethic, strong sense of urgency, and responsibility; ability to maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment

- High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail

- Professional with colleagues and strong communication skills

- Self-driven and curious. Being proactive is a must, as is the ability to maturely receive feedback and directions
- Passion and knowledge for Asian cuisine is a plus. 

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
