As a Restaurant Manager, you must be dependable, self-reliant and passionate about good food and exceptional guest service. You must be able to bring your winning personality and confidence to your role as you focus on providing world-class hospitality to your guests. 

• Maintain quality standards for all food and beverages
• Maintain and exceed set service standards
• Determine and implement hiring guidelines and standards
• Conduct screening interviews with potential employees
• Create staffing schedule and ensure that it is costed in accordance with budgeted guidelines
• Maintain and update all line-level and manager checklists
• Maintain all employee files and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate
• Ensure restaurant is optimally staffed and that employees are fully trained
• Respond to complaints, with the goal of turning dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts
• Ensure that all menu items are made according to recipe and that presentation is up to the Aldo Lamberti Family of Restaurant standards
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increases sales and minimize costs
• Estimate food needs and place orders within established guidelines
• Enforce safety and sanitary practices, maintenance and regulatory federal, state and local compliance for the entire restaurant and premises 
• Oversee all restaurant administrative requirements including cash handling, completion of guest liability, property, casualty, workers compensation reports and governmental compliance
• Provide active community involvement with a strong presence at events, clubs and organizations 
• Demonstrate high ethical standards at all times

• Four (4) years or more experience in high-volume restaurant business
• Knowledge of management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management
• Strong knowledge of wine, and wine training is preferred but not required
• Computer skills including POS, Toast & OpenTable software systems highly preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
• The ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
• Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
• Spanish-speaking/fluency is preferred, but not required.
