A trailblazing California chef who pioneered underground dining in San Francisco is opening a tasting menu restaurant in Harlem.

Reverence comes from chef-owner Russell Jackson, who pegs his fine dining restaurant as an homage to his California upbringing. The 2 year old tasting menu restaurant in Harlem has been a critical success on  historic Strivers’ Row.

The vegetable forward- seafood tasting menu will focus on stories and recipes and will pull from the flavors of California, which are a inspired range from Korean and Japanese to French and Latin American. “I realized I miss cooking the food that represents my home,” he tells Eater, adding that it’s his most “personal” project.

We are a small 4-6 person team that will facilitate a highly specialized 7-9 course tasting menus. Long term applicants only.

 

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
