Job Details
Work and learn directly under the 2 Co-Executive Chefs, who have trained at 3 Star Michelin restaurants in Tokyo & France. MIFUNE specialize in Modern French-Japanese cuisine and have a Michelin Plate recognition. The Executive Chefs are happy to teach those who are eager. 

Prep and ready station for dinner service, remembering and elegantly plating all the elements and sauces during service, breakdown and clean station, jumping from station to station if necessary. Knife skills required. Must be meticulous and since there are a lot of plating elements, good memorization and fast hands are key. 

We will raise your pay based on skill level and skill improvements quickly. Room for growth. About 50 hours a week with overtime. 

Typical Schedule: Tuesday 12PM-6PM, Wednesday~Saturday 12PM~11PM

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.00)
