Rezdôra is a NY Times 3-Star and Michelin Star Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer.  Mr. Secchi’s father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively.  

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager with a strong work ethic to help maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.  Our ideal candidate is a professional who is also energetic, and passionate about all aspects of hospitality.

Responsibilities :

• Constant Improvement of FOH operations

• Training and enforcing of our practices and policies.

• Train, develop, and motivate all staff


• Organize, supervise and execute shifts


• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis


• Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention


• Performing high level of customer/guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging guests consistently


Requirements:

  • Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire to learn in detail about traditional & authentic Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
  • Outstanding Service Skills

  • Self Motivated
  • Leadership qualities and a drive to cultivate a hospitality culture 
  • Must have open availability and able to work flexible hours
  • Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
  • Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity, and have experience solving problems.
