We are looking to add to our management team!

 

Become a part of a fast-growing restaurant group on the Main Line.  We are hiring management team members to assist in our expanding restaurant operations.

 

As a manager for this restaurant group, you are one of the heads of the dining establishment. You will provide inspiring leadership to our team and can motivate them to work harder and more effectively. You will work with the management team to develop strategies that reduce costs and increase sales within the company. You will ensure that patrons have a positive experience when dining in the restaurant and leave excited to return.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare an accurate portrayal of the finances of the restaurant, including P&L reports, spending, check pricing goals and food costs.
  • Develop strategies to entice new guests, while retaining our existing clientele.
  • Analyze the restaurant budget to find and price inventory, reduce expenses, review current pricing, and adjust purchasing strategies if needed.
  • Control operations by maintaining high service standards and working to make adjustments when appropriate.
  • Ensure an outstanding dining experience by overseeing presentation, taste, service, and atmosphere for all guests.
  • Supervise a team of employees: work to create a cohesive unit of people who effectively communicate.  Create a hiring process for key staff that ensures qualified people are selected, trained, and retained through top recruiting practices.  Consider actions of employees in various situations that deem rewarding or disciplinary action.
  • Follow all appropriate health code and food handling requirements, maintain food safety certifications, and model exemplary food health safety practices to employees.
  • Create a professional atmosphere that sustains top employee safety standards and provides guidelines to personnel to eliminate hazards and dangers in the workplace.
  • Utilize social media to develop new ways to engage with customers.
  • Help to lead the restaurant to achieving new and greater goals in order to stand out from the local restaurant community.
