FRASCA in Boulder is in search of a highly skilled SOUS CHEF to join our team.
$1000 SIGNING BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
We are a multiple James Beard award winning restaurant in Boulder, CO. We specialize in the highest level of Italian fine dining. We draw our inspiration from the region of Friuli and are the only restaurant in the US to do so. We are also a growing company looking to train future culinary leaders.
We are looking for quality individuals with 3+ years of fine dining experience. Passion for food and hospitality, a strong work ethic, great attitude, professional, team player are requirements for applying. Compensation: Annual salary : $45,000 - $55,000
Bonus potential : based on performance of specific personal & professional goals set by you and executive chef
Signing bonus : $1000 after 90 days of employment and in good standing with company

Daily food purchasing, inventory & organizing of prep
Expediting the line, plating & ensuring a quality service
Assisting in the development of menu
Inspire, motivate & train team. Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms & appearance standards
Capable to work Antipasti, Primi & Secondi
Italian product knowledge
Butchery & sauce making skills
Professional & confident verbal & written communication
Strong ability to multitask
