Job Details
TKMM, a production facility producting quality cooking stocks,  located in Portland Oregon, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our stock production. 
 
This individual will oversee the production plant / employees and manage the day to day activities. This position requires exceptional planing, organizational and leadership skills.  
 
Rare opportunity for an inspirational culinary leader who is aligned with the quality standards of Chef Thomas Keller.  Ideal schedule of Monday - Friday 7:30 to 4:30 p.m. /Weekends off. 
 
Familiarity with HAACP protocols and USDA standards preferred.  Bring your entrepreneurial drive and proven culinary skills and join this newest venture.
