Michelin-Starred and Wine Spectator Grand Award-Winning Ai Fiori is looking for an energetic, professional, and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team. Ai Fiori operates as part of Altamarea Group, an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide. Ai Fiori offers managers an opportunity to work with high-quality Italian cuisine and wine/spirits and an operations team firmly committed to investing in and developing talent. Altamarea Group, through its talented team of employees, creates special memories through exceptional hospitality, delivering the highest level of food and service across distinct brands and concepts.

Responsibilities include:
• Train, develop, and motivate all staff
• Organize, supervise and execute shifts
• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis
• Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention
• Performing high level of customer/guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging guests consistently
• Running food, bussing tables, putting together catering and delivery orders

• Must have open availability able to work flexible hours
• Strong background in fine dining and knowledge of service standards
• Adept with all restaurant technology (POS, purchasing, labor-management)
• Passion for the hospitality industry and providing great service
• Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
• Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity, and have experience solving problems.
• Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
• Candidates should have an optimistic, positive disposition as well as an empathetic attitude
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to brand success
