The Bar at BOULETTES LARDER is growing our team of world-class bartenders and SERVERS

—Full Time and Part-Time available 

SERVICE HOURS:
Tuesday-Friday 11AM-9PM

Saturdays 9AM-6PM

The Bar at Boulettes Larder is integrated into the ethos of the legendary Boulettes Larder restaurant——a San Francisco destination for sophisticated, ethical food and drink that engages all the senses.

The immersive world of Boulettes Larder is an insider's favorite: the most elegant, organic, and ethical restaurant experience in the Ferry Building Marketplace. Amaryll Schwertner and Lori Regis offer a warm welcome that engages all the senses. Chef Schwertner combines her love for the best Northern California farm ingredients with her wide-ranging knowledge of global foodways, flavors, and aromas. In a space that feels as personal as a private kitchen, Boulettes Larder is 'farm-to-table' at its most alive.
 
We aim to make The Bar at Boulettes Larder the best place in this part of the city for after-work drinks & snacks with style. 

Our bartenders and SERVERS will be first in line to greet our guests as emissary and guide—— and so they must be knowledgeable, engaged, and attentive to the guest experience.

We are seeking bartenders and SERVERS who are personable, guest-focused and resourceful.  
 
The Bar will feature:
  • carefully-curated standard and craft cocktails
  • a select wine list
  • non-alcoholic crafted beverages made with care
  • a tight menu of food from the wood oven and the Boulettes Larder chef and kitchen team
Job requirements: 

  1. Caring about the total guest experience, the complete food and beverage offering.
  2. Able to perform the duties of a server, server assistant and host as needed; working as a unifid team with bartenders, other servers.
  3. Have a working knowledge of the owners, hours/days of operation, culinary vocabulary, daily menu
  4. Comfortable pairing drinks with food, serving food, making wine suggestions
  5. Open to learning new food, wines, cocktails
