We’re hiring an experience Night Cook. We believe everyone deserves a chance at a good job and a real, living wage. Here's a little more info:
We are a safe, fun place to work.
We pay well and value our crew.
We’re open 5 days / week so the schedule is fixed. Everyone has two days off together.
We work with the farmers to use the highest quality local produce, great meat, sustainable fish.
Our menu changes weekly so if you like cooking, learning, being creative, adapting, and working with seasonal items, that's what we do.
We believe in work / life balance. No forced overtime, no off the clock work; breaks are taken, meals are provided.
We aren’t hand holders or micro managers. We’ll give you what you need and it’s up to you to have integrity and manage your tasks with honor. We’re here to help and provide the tools and resources, but you are accountable for doing the work. There’s no ego here. We’re all on the same team, and the goal is: to make great food, to represent the hard work of farmers, ranchers, fishermen, winemakers, cheesemakers and more, and to bring a meaningful experience to our guests. We expect high quality output and a positive, warm attitude.
This is full time work with the opportunity to grow, learn, make a living wage, enjoy what you do. That doesn't mean there won't be challenges, but if you can communicate with others, be a team player, and adapt, that's a great place to start.
