Job Details

Title: Assistant General Manager (Lonesome Rose & Golden Teardrops)

Reports to: General Manager, LSD Directors and Partners  

Position Objective: Example: Our Assistant General Manager is the 2nd in command on site, and as such, they help lead the organization as a whole. Their primary focus is the oversight of daily operations, staff, sales and guest experience. In addition, the AGM serves as the site’s liaison between the Events Team and guests hosting Private and Semi-Private Events. They will maintain the tone and vibe as related from Land and Sea Dept.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

  • Coordinate with Lonesome Rose and LSD Operators and Owners
  • Create and cultivate a fun, warm, and contemporary culture
  • Ensure all staff is trained, motivated, and empowered
  • Evaluate and improve guest service
  • Evaluate and oversee floor management protocols
  • Hiring, training, disciplinary, and termination of staff
  • Manage and execute on-line store merchandise orders and shipping
  • Ordering front of house and restaurant supplies
  • Oversee cleanliness and function of property
  • Organization of property
  • Oversee and implement operational systems (including daily finances and POS)
  • Partner with chef and bar manager to implement specials and menu changes
  • Retain thorough food and beverage menu knowledge
  • Serve as the main on-site point of contact for the Events Dept. and guests hosting Private and Semi-Private Events at this location.  
    • Remain in constant contact with Bar and Culinary teams for updates on BEOs and events on the calendar.  
  • Serve as a role model professionally and personally

*May perform other job duties as they arise

*Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
