We are now hiring an ambitious and focused Sous Chef  who is experienced with the industry’s fast paced work and share our love for Vietnamese cuisine. 

Executive Sous Chef

Responsibility 

Core responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Passionate, technically skilled with ingredient knowledge, forward thinking, creative and organized.
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing team. 
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of operational systems, which includes payroll, cost control, inventory and purchasing.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees.
  • Onboarding/training new team members and overseeing them to work at highest standards

Qualifications:

  • A Minimum of 2+ years of experience cooking in renowned kitchens, preferably 2 and 3 Michelin Star Restaurants.
  • Previous South East Asian restaurant experience preferred.
