Job Details
About Us:
Farow is based on the philosophy of combining hyper-seasonal, regional, high quality ingredients with creativity to bring the best possible food to our community. Our menu will be small (10-12 items at each service) and will constantly rotate based on what is available from our local farmers, ranchers and local artisans.  We will never have a tomato in January or cherries in November (unless we preserved it from the summer).  We have worked diligently to build and sustain relationships with our local producers and will have produce and ingredients to work with year round.
Showing hospitality to our staff, guests, and community; while being conscious and intentional in regard of our impact on the environment is of the utmost importance.
Farrow is open Wednesday through Sunday. We are closed on major holidays.
We are open from 11AM - 3PM for lunch, 10AM-3PM for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, and 5PM - 9PM for dinner Wednesday-Sunday.

About the Position:
The line cook will execute lunch, brunch, or dinner under the direction of the executive chef and chef de cuisine.  There will be a constantly changing menu of 10-12 items and you will be working with the best ingredients that can be had on this planet. You will learn flawless execution of a multitude of techniques. Every item we produce is made with purpose.

Responsibilities:
Managing your specific stations prep
Maintain the consistency and quality of the food during service

We believe in working with the absolute best ingredients and treating them with the utmost care. All food has a season in which it is at it best and brightest. Each ingredient we cook with is completely seasonal and grown or raised as close to the restaurant as we can get it. Because of this, our menu will be forever changing as things come and go out of season. We honor this philosophy year round and strive to support our local community. All of our food is crafted from scratch, in the restaurant and sourced locally, with an eye on sustainability. If we can't get it in Colorado, we have partnered with other artisans and small companies who care about the product they are producing, harvesting or raising.
