Anajak Thai is an LA based Thai restaurant that serves contemporary and seasonal dishes, alongside a natural wine list. We’ve been open for 40 years and we are a first generation Thai-American owned restaurant; first opened by Chef Chavalit Rick Pichetrungsi and now owned by his son, Chef Justin Pichetrungsi.

Guests are invited to experience new flavors and challenge what is popularly known to be Thai Food in LA County -- Anajak Thai is a vibrant space for traditional dine in, for our omakase tasting menu experience, and for the very popular Thai Taco Tuesday events, as well as still servicing take out to the neighborhood.

When looking for team members, we are committed to finding those equally passionate about our non-traditional Asian American vision and collaborations, while expecting these team members to be willing to take on the challenges of a changing menu and a growing presence in the LA food scene.

We are looking for Wok Line Cooks and Prep Cooks, with a background in restaurant production and hospitality.
- Experience in fast paced line cooking
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques & styles
- Interested in and passionate about food and wine
- Understanding seasonal and farmers market produce on a daily basis
- Being able to store and label produce properly and efficiently
- Ability to portion and store protein
- Comfortable in a multi-lingual BOH environment
- Being comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy things, if needed
- Experience with private dining, including transportation and planning
- Reliable, trustworthy, and communicative
- Comfortable communicating with FOH and management
- Prompt, timely/able to manage time well in a fast paced environment
- Clean and respectful of your station and it’s equipment
- Utilize proper knife skills
- PART TIME + FULL TIME positions both available
- ServeSafe and Food Handlers card required
