Crystal Springs is looking for experienced line cooks to join our expansive culinary team at one of the most celebrated restaurants in NJ, the ever-evolving Restaurant Latour, accompanied by the award winning Wine Cellar.   • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Competitive pay dependent on experience.


  • 2 to 3 years high volume experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of proper cooking for Saute, Garde Manger, Michelin-style
  • Team player
  • Flexible with shifts
  • Willingness to learn
  • Culinary school training a plus
  • Has a passion for the industry

Compensation-$20-$26 Based on Experience
