Get creative and help us build our business. Oversee social media, work on creative graphic design, and work on marketing strategy with the marketing manager and director of sales & marketing for the Fifty/50 Restaurant Group. This role will focus heavily on in-store initiatves, creative strategies, and guest interaction on social media. Successful candidates will bring fresh ideas and excitement to our brands and have a strong ability to excite our employees as well as the public to create enthusiasm around our establishments.

Essential Functions

  • Manage social media accounts and generate creative, original content on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram for assigned brands and locations
  • Manage editorial calendars and outline monthly content plan including event promotions, staff highlights, new menu items, etc.
  • Work on development, execution, optimization, and reporting of full multichannel social media campaigns to meet divisional and store business goals
  • Liaise with Leadership, General Managers and Executive Chefs to determine store priorities and real-time social media needs
  • Monitor ad responce to guest comments, reviews and messages in a timely manner, determined by industry and customer service best practices
  • Create, monitor and optimize paid social media initiatives, using strategic targeting and budgeting practices to maximize impact and minimize cost
  • Analyze metrics weekly, monthly and annually in order to optimize posting and ad spending, educating teams on findings
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video filming segments for turnkey social media opportunities, and long tail marketing campaigns
  • Respond to press requests from media
  • Maintain availability to work a variety of days and shifts (including weekends and nights)
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and office equipment
  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
  • Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise and temperature levels
  • Ability to occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds

  • Proficiency in Fishbowl Email/Digital Marketing, Paid Social Marketing Ads, Google Analytics, Content/Creative Design Development, and copywriting preferred
  • Must have Adobe Illustrator and InDesign proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Marketing; restaurant and/or hospitality experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and function effectively within set deadlines
  • Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and proactive work ethic
  • Exquisite attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
