Qualifications:A minimum of two years’ experience in a fast paced, high volume, fine dining, or casual fine dining restaurant.Must be highly organized and detailed. Sound knowledge of service and food.
It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Host to great and accommodate guest in a courteous, timely and professional manner. Maintain host stand and designated areas to ensure they are kept clean/sanitized, organized, and stocked to adequality take care of any guest needs and requests. Control the flow of the room while adjusting the books to maximize reservations. Communicate with Managers and FOH staff any pertinent guest information (dietary restrictions, celebrations, VIP, etc.).

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $22.00)
