Perched on Oak Street in Chicago’s famed Gold Coast, Le Colonial Chicago exudes timeless sophistication. Executive Chef and Partner, Quoc Luong, features traditional Vietnamese recipes alongside contemporary takes on classic dishes. Proudly in operation since 1996, we're excited to be part of a growing restaurant group and are always looking for talent to join us in our quest for excellence.

We're happy to accept applications for all FOH positions: servers, bartenders, bussers, food runners, hosts, etc. We seek food service and hospitality professionals who are personable, knowledgeable, humble, dedicated, and dependable. Our bartenders need to be quick, but composed and consistent - never sacrificing quality or attention to detail, be it from the guests served or from the drinks poured. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an upscale environment with strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and all things beverage is preferred. Our ideal candidates would have full-time, open availability and be seeking a long-term position with opportunity for growth.
