Invoicing, Reporting, Ordering, Cash ReconciliationThe GM is responsible for the ordering of all items needed for service for the week, including but not limited to; Liquor, Beer, Wine, Dry Goods, Menu Paper, Items Needed for General Maintenance, and Repair.The GM will report on key metrics (KPIs) that will be the measurement of success on a weekly and monthly basis. Bonuses will be based on the achievement of these metrics on a sliding scale.The GM will provide detailed spreadsheets of daily door drops and production costs related to the venue. Must be well versed in creating google/excel spreadsheets and have financial acumen.Menus & ExecutionGM is responsible for creating (and/or curating) the cocktail menu along with implementing the systems to make each menu change seamless.Opening & Closing/SystemsThe GM should provide an updated opening and closing checklist for each menu change, operational change, or special event that takes place. This should include daily and weekly cleaning tasks. This should include side work for every position. The lists should be detailed and checked off every evening.The highest gauge of service is cleanliness. The bar and venue must be immaculate at all times. You are the eyes and ultimately responsible.The Last Line of DefenseThe GM candidate should be ready and willing to do what needs to get done on any given night. That means grabbing a mop for a spill if the bar team is too busy, or clearing tables in the venue because a busser called off. No job or task is beneath you.
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $75,000.00)
