Job Details
Looking to hire a line cook with ambitions for working full time (40hrs) with potential for overtime. Must have at least two years of experience working in high a volume, fast paced kitchen environment. Proper knowledge of food safety and food handling is required. An NYC food handlers license is a plus. Below are duties and requirements of this position. 
 
-Proper knife handling and sharpening skills 
-Proper knowledge of understanding recipes and use of commercial grade kitchen appliances to execute recipes
-Proper knowledge of maintaining a clean and safe work environment 
-Strong ability to multitask at a fast pace during peek business hours 
-Strong ability to properly communicate with co workers at all times to ensure swift and efficient execution from food prep to plating dishes for guests
