Empellon is expanding...join the Management team! We are seeking a floor manager for Empellon Taqueria.

All candidates must have high-volume NYC restaurant management experience, strong social skills and organizational saviness. You must also be dedicated, hard working and responsible. Managers will be the force in creating our exceptional company culture and are expected to inspire, motivate, and support the team in all facets of the restaurant.

Requirements for Floor Managers:

  • Must have 1-2 year of high volume restaurant management experience
  • Strong passion for all things food and beverage
  • Detail oriented and expert communication skills
  • Staff management and supervision
  • Staff scheduling and training background
  • Guest relations
  • Previous server experience
