During the COVID-19 pandemic the Castellucci Hospitality Group did not lay off any team members nor did we reduce pay during this time. We believe in putting the needs of our staff first, and that meant ensuring financial stability during a time of such insecurity. Rather than letting circumstances dictate our fate, we transitioned our business to meet the demands of the new environment. We found new ways to serve our guests and to keep our team working. In addition, we filed unemployment for every employee, even if they were working with us on a weekly basis. We continued to provide health benefits, 401K matching contributions and honored paid vacation requests for employees in good standing. We’ve been lucky enough to maintain our workforce needs, and in many instances we have had to hire more people to keep up with the new demands of our business.

Compensation: Hourly ($14.00 - $18.00)
