Job Details
We are currently looking to fulfill LINE COOK positions at multiple levels with many opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
 
Blantyre is a Relais & Chateau property with a Forbes 4 Star Rating and will be pushing the limits this year to gain back our 5th star!
 
Seriously interested candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills and is a team player. We are looking for people who can work well with a tight, harmonious team and who can take direction in a disciplined and intense but supportive and respectful environment.

Ideal Candidates:
- Have excellent knife skills
- Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
- Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
- Are able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Prepare and execute key components of dishes
- Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
- Support their fellow cooks *Self-motivated and able to self-manage when a supervisor is not present


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $20.00)
