Job Details
We are currently looking to fulfill a PASTRY COOK position with many opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
 
Blantyre is a Relais & Chateau property with a Forbes 5 star rating.
 
The Pastry Cook will need to have a full knowledge of the pastry menu as well as general pastry techniques including the principles and formulas concerning starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs and flavorings. They must also have the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment. The position requires a minimum of 1 year pastry experience, preferably in a French fine dining environment. A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.
