Qualifications must include: 2 years+ experience required working in a fast paced environment with positive energetic team. Experience managing and expediting high volume service is a plus.
Skills required: A positive attitude, coachable personality, great work ethic, the ability to collaborate with teammates both front and back of house, great organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to adapt in high stress situations. A strong ability to multitask and take the lead.
You will be expediting fast paced and high volume dinner services, collaborating constantly with FOH management to create a seamless flow of food to the dining room and fulfilling to-go orders. Responsibilities include: managing the flow of service, ordering and receiving, scheduling, deep cleaning projects, food inventories, administrative projects and special events both on-site and off-site.
