WeFeast is a pre-prepared food experience by celebrity chefs delivered right to your door. We make all of the sides and dips and pre-marinade the meats so all guests have to do is reheat and grill. We also have a sister brand – WeFeast Kits - that ships restaurant-quality pre-measured ingredients to guests for at-home chef culinary demos or snack boxes for corporate gifting, holidays, etc.

We are looking for an experienced executive sous chef, ideally with high volume or catering experience, to help oversee the culinary operations of our company from our facility in Long Island City.

Working with our Executive Chef, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recipe development, testing, execution, and costing
  • Working with our vendors to source high quality ingredients
  • Ordering and inventory
  • Ensuring proper COVID compliance
  • DOH compliance
  • Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures for perishable goods
  • Checking over BEOs for WeFeast Kit events with our operations team
  • Working with our operations manager and team to ensure timely packing and delivery of all WeFeast and WeFeast Kits boxes
  • Maintain strict daily HACCP guidelines & temperature logs



  • Previous experience as a sous chef (MUST HAVE)
  • Ability to manage and oversee costs and inventory
  • Work well under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Food Protection Certificate
  • Professionalism and respect for your employees and co-workers
  • A great attitude and good sense of humor
