Line Cook & Pastry:
- Must be able to work Weekends and Week nights
- Able to stand/walk for full shift

Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Follows proper cooking recipes and techniques for all dishes.

Operational knowledge of hospitality equipment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work under pressure

Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise
Required to work in a Kitchen for an extended period of time.
Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, be ready to take on various tasks, and deal with frequent changing priorities with a high degree of optimism, professionalism. We are looking for people who are team players and are willing to work in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast paced culinary environment. The Dishwasher’s duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly, and resetting tables in preparation for the next party. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed.

To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures
