Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains fast, accurate service
  • Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience under the guidance of the Chef
  • Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking
  • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
  • Operates equipment in an efficient and safe manner
  • Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained.
  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
  • Complete other general cleaning duties such as emptying trash cans and cleaning dining area
  • Ensures food quality at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by Chef and/or Sous Chef

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($14.00 - $17.00)
