We are in search of a few catering chefs at different levels for several different companies.  

Catering Sous Chef needed for a boutique catering company that specializes in higher end, seasonal menus for parties from 100-500 (occasionally bigger!).  This is a great opportunity to be creative and work with a professional team in putting out beautiful events. You must have a strong catering background in similar types of kitchens.  There is some administrative duties (ordering, scheduling, inventories etc) but this is a hands on position.  You will work closely with the Executive chef on menu items and organization of the events, work occasional events, oversee prep and the like. Base salary from $60-$72K

Executive Chef needed for high volume catering company! This is a big operation that needs an Executive Chef that has worked in high profile, high end catering operations in their past.  A mix of hotels, big/busy restaurants and catering would be preferred. You must be hyper-organized as there are many moving parts to this operation. TV catering, corporate lunches and events, private parties and community events are the focus of this kitchen so there are always events going. Gorgeous, state of the art kitchen with plenty of firepower to do the volume, you must be able to oversee a large workforce and organize the trucks, production, staffing, financials etc. This is an administratively heavy role but you will be expected to jump in the kitchen and roll your sleeves up when its busy.  Offering up to $130k+ base salary, incredible health insurance, bonus and perks. 

Catering Sous needed for corporate breakfast and lunch caterings.  This is a great gig for a budding sous chef.  Feeding a high-profile company lunch and dinners up to 1200 people daily, the food arrives hot and ready from the main kitchen. Your job is to make sure it’s perfect upon arrival and then finish the food with any necessary sauces, garnish and the like. You will be interacting with the customers so a pleasant demeanor, professional attitude and a smile.  You will have 1-2 helpers with you so you must be able to lead a small team successfully.  Mainly a Monday through Friday position that offers between $20/$25+/hr. and incredible health insurance (union!).

Restaurant based Catering Chef needed for smaller, intimate parties that will be both in the restaurant and off site.  This award winning restaurant has renovated the dining room to accommodate smaller parties and now its time to hire a chef that will oversee the parties and work the restaurant in slower times.  You will be running this revenue center so you must be well versed in administrative duties, must understand costing and be able to articulate costs in spread sheets and the like. Offering a base of $75K, strong benefit and bonus package as well

Restaurant Group looking for a Catering Chef to oversee on and off site parties. This is a new position and we are looking for someone that can come in and work below the Executive Chef of the restaurant to create seasonal menus, SOPs, all necessary paperwork (order guides, inventory sheets) among the other necessary tools.  This location has a gorgeous outdoor patio that is perfect for smaller parties. The goal is to also start doing offsite caterings so a background in catering is a must. Growing restaurant group offering up to $75K base salary, great bonus and benefit package
