Job Details
Copper Vine is currently hiring for multiple positions within the Front of the House Staff, both full-time and part-time.  The right person will be passionate about food and wine service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a server in a bustling, fast-paced setting.
Available openings include
Server/Bartender-Servers play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional dining and entertainment experiences that reflect our brand promise. They are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.  Previous service experience is required.
Server Support-HIgh-paced, energetic position. Tasked with supporting FOH staff in the dining area as well as overseeing the service stations. Must be able to handle different tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency. Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. There is opportunity to move into other roles, once the skill set has been mastered.
Host- The Host is responsible for acting as the gatekeepers to the culinary experience.  Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas, answering phones, and maintianing our reservation system, OpenTable. Solid organizational skills and the ability to both problem solve and improvise are expectaions for this role.  Being on your feet and moving with a sense of urgency is paramount to the success of this position, as well as possessing exceptional communication skills.  Previous experience in hosting and/or with OpenTable is referred but not required.
