The menu offers an artful array of starters, entrees and sides, each plate accented with an enticing and urbane touch. We are seeking an up and coming CDC to join our culinary team

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
  • 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a Lead Sous Chef, CDC, or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
  • Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
  • Strong financial acumen as it pertains to food cost and budgeting
  • An Associate's degree from a culinary focused university highly preferred
  • Experience with Socal, Seasonal, & European cuisines; with a focus on Italian cuisine
