Our restaurant is opening up in Fishtown, designed by Serge Becker (designer of The Box and La Esquina in NYC). The concept is a true convergence of food, music, and art, in a vibrant and party-like atmosphere. Join executive chef Steve Menter who will continue to drive the Fishtown food scene to its next level.

Bring your personality and your love of all thing’s agave, corn, and avocado. We are looking for charismatic and dynamic Restaurant Managers to join our newest restaurant.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience that shows progression in a high volume, well-rated restaurant
  • Prior restaurant opening experience a PLUS!
  • Ability to maintain and train services standards of the restaurant to hourly team members
  • Skill in computer and accounting software: Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table, Onboarding, Payroll & HR systems
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills
  • Simultaneously lead staff through daily service while driving quality service and high sales
  • A love for and appreciation of Mexican culture and cuisine

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary (Based on Experience)
