BIRD DOG is seeking a spirited and talented hospitality professional to join its service team.
Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining, a commitment to curating meaningful guest experiences, a strong motivation for growth in knowledge of food and beverage, a jedi-knight’s temperament, and enjoy when the music is turned up just a bit too loud.
As a Sommelier at BIRD DOG, team members will:
- Provide wine service for guests and support the captains through nightly operations- Manage wine program regarding daily service, including cellar work- Provide daily education on proper wine service, new wine offerings and recommended wine pairings
