Seeking experienced Pizza Cooks for our location on Abbot Kinney in Venice. Experience with stretching pizza dough and baking in wood-fired oven and working in a high quality, fast paced environment preferred. Our high-volume kitchen offers a professional atmosphere for those interested in a career with our restaurant group.

GTA (Gelina Take Away)
Seeking a Line Cook with at least one year of kitchen experience who is open to learning all stations. Experience in high volume restaurants, brunch and breakfast is preferred.

Valle
Valle is an Oaxacan restaurant with a California influence. We are seeking inspired, creative individuals to join our kitchen team. Ideal candidates would be proficient or interested in Oaxacan cuisine. Relevant experience with fast paced, high quality kitchen environments where attention to detail is a must. Interest in sustainable agriculture is a big plus.

This, combined with the historical roots of tipping, have led us to define the pay system that we have today.
