This is a position that is focused on fundamentals, knife work, and teamwork while assisting in production and working the line for service on Friday and saturday. The ideal candidate is a young kitchen member looking to grow in a focused, structured, and supportive environment. The candidate should have a competent background in the culinary fundamentals and 2-5 years of BOH experience.
The Cook/Prep position has room for growth and increased hours. We are currently a very small, tight knit dedicated team focused on guest safety and our commitment to our surrounding community. We are all hands on deck. As a small team, we share tasks in the kitchen such as cleaning the kitchen, doing the dishes, running trash, and caring for our walk-in cooler. Our food menu is focused on imaginative comfort food with twists.
