Headquartered in Baltimore, Atlas Restaurant Group owns and operates 20 concepts nationally. Atlas is now seeking the ideal candidate, a Sous Chef with a background in Latin fine dining. You will supervise daily operations of the kitchen and staff in accordance with defined food and operations programs to set standards and will consistently be looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Culinary Degree (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of kitchen experience
  • Experience in leading and hourly staff
  • Experience working within budget constraints
  • Understand finances for kitchen operations
  • Produce quality food
  • Support menu creation
  • Train hourly personnel
