We are looking for a full time manager at a well respected venue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Open for multiple years, we have enjoyed the creating a unique environment our guests can’t receive anywhere else. We are looking for someone who can maintain our high standards while continuously raising the bar.

Job Description:

Is part of a management team in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Is directly accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, servers front of the house and back of house staff. Maintains the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation and safety. In the absence of the general manager, oversees and coordinates the activities concerning all front-of-the-house operations. Success is real growth in sales, profit. The manager should possess the following qualities:

  • Ensure guests are receiving the highest level of service while stepping in when necessary

· 3-5 years of leadership experience in a New York City high volume restaurant

· Extensive knowledge of beer (domestic and imported) and the trends thereof a plus

· Ability to work on feet for at least 8 hours

· Experience in social media campaigns

· High level of honesty and dependability

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience and success with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene protocols and standards

· Flexibility with hours – nights, weekends and holidays a must
