We are looking for energetic, passionate, and cooperative people who will thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
NOODLE CHEFS / PREP COOKS / LINE COOKS / DISHWASHERS(starting at $14.00 - $16.00/hr + 25% Tip Pooling from FOH)
*20-30 hours per week & full-time may be available*Weekends are a must

QUALIFICATIONS:*Professionalism, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Positivity*General knowledge and experience in using basic kitchen tools*Good physical condition and endurance*Food handlers certification REQUIRED*Must be authorized to work in the US*Ability to speak Japanese is a plus, but not needed*Training from a culinary school is a plus, but not needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*Label and stock all ingredients in accordance to their use-by dates*Understand and accurately execute given recipes*Taste-test food that are sent back to kitchen due to customer complaint*Have a complete knowledge of every ingredient of all items on the menu*Prepare all meats and vegetables with excellence and in detail*Able to jump into other BOH-related positions if needed (dishwasher/janitor/prep)*Open and close the kitchen by following detailed restaurant checklists*Comply and participate in maintaining the kitchen in accordance to Food Safety Regulations
