  • Arcis Golf is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager with Food & Beverage Management experience for Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Lemont, Illinois.
  • The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing club operations including coordinating events, building event programing, directing and coordinating golf and food and beverage departments, maintaining established operational standards and effectively leading the team to produce the best result for the Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing a high caliber experience and have an established track record of success in golf and a food & beverage leadership role including banquets.
  • Location: Anchored by its exquisite Pete Dye-designed championship layout, Ruffled Feathers Golf Club's remarkable amenities, superlative guest service and breathtaking natural setting have earned it recognition among the state's premier daily fee golf properties.
  • Qualifications: · Four years Club Management, General Management or AGM level management in a hotel or club · Strong presence and passion for taking care of guests and leading a team · Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities · Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • · Ensure compliance with regulations directed by agencies such as CDC, OSHA and national company programs such as Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, Beverage Cartender program.

  • · Shift management including nights and weekends to ensure golf food and beverage staff are providing excellent guest service.
