Job Details
Celestine is a seasonal, Mediterranean influenced neighborhood restaurant located on the waterfront in DUMBO.  We are looking for a motivated, hospitality-focused Floor Manager to join our growing team.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, guest focused food service while exhibiting a passion for food and wine. Candidates should excel at providing excellent service and hospitality while maintaining staff morale in an already well-established system.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the front of house service team with attention to detail
• Upholding standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Communicate with FOH & BOH management and staff

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in NYC restaurant service, management experience a strong plus
• A deep knowledge of food, wine, and service, along with a desire to learn more every day
• Experience using Resy and Breadcrumb a plus

Compensation includes base salary, vacation time, and other benefits.
