Job Details
Thank you for your interest in joining our team here at PERILLA korean american fare. Please be sure to read through this job listing in it's entirety in order to be considered for the position. We are currently seeking a few FOH staff members to join our team as we continue to grow and help develop skills in each individual as we move toward a new direction of teamwork driven performance in the service industry. We are preparing to open our dining room for indoor dining and looking to fill needed positions. Each individual will be required to learn each of the roles in the FOH team and rotate through each position throughout the week. Tips will be evenly shared amongst the entire service team. We require COVID-19 testing to be completed every 2 weeks which is provided by us here on-site at the restaurant. No insurance is required to receive testing under the CARES Act. Only a valid government issued ID is required.

About us:
Our restaurant, PERILLA, is named after a plant native to Korea and many east asian countries. It is known to be very adaptable and grows vigorously on any soil. The name is an homage to our parents who are first generation immigrants that traveled to foreign land and rooted themselves on new soil. Our food is centered around a communal dining experience. Inspired by Korean flavors and ingredients, we offer our approach on many traditional classics, Korean BBQ, and modern Korean dishes paired alongside new and exciting takes created by the Chef to represent the second generation of Korean Americans and the food we love to enjoy and share.
